I had one in the past but I sold it thinking we were moving and I regretted it so I found a company that makes them in the Ukraine out of any type of auto seat you desire, and they also sell on ebay but I bought mine directly from them. It from a Panamera and it has power adjustments, heat and ventilation. Excellent build quality and very fast shipping so I highly recommend them.

Yes, for the back recline, thigh cushion and lumbar, along with separate heat and ventilation buttons.

Several have PM'd me so I thought I would post that it cost $1400 shipped from the Ukraine. They can make chairs out of any seat but the price varies.
