And I'm willing to bet the testing that goes into northface apparel is much more thorough and appropriate for this type of outer wear....

Anyway you look at it Porsche charges a HUGE premium for their name on MOST of their items.

At least they could get the geographical info correct in the slide show: "According to Porsche, around 80 percent of those fake items came from China. Chiefly from the city of Shenzhen, which is about an hour north of Tokyo." - Really?!

Every company should have a place on their web site to report fraud.

Could be worse. My AP baseball cap that I got for when I bought a watch retails for like $250......for a CAP.

Here's an idea. If Porsche would just price the merchandise reasonably in the first place it would immediately reduce the counterfeit market.
