Car shipping

Sounds like some options for local transport:
1. Rent an open car trailer from Uhaul or Penske (and maybe a truck).
2. Find a local shop with a trailer and pay them for the job.
3. Find a local racer with a trailer and pay them in beer.

I have long noticed how the number of foreign cars on the roads has increased, but until I needed a car myself, I did not understand how profitable it is to bring a car from overseas. When I was looking for information, I spent more than one hour on all sorts of forums, sites with reviews and so on.One night my best friend called me and told me what he had been advised to do shipnts.com as the best car delivery service. I was surprised by how high-quality their service is not only in terms of delivery, but also in terms of documents. I was also pleased with the low price of car delivery. In general, I was satisfied with their services, and I am grateful to my friend for recommending these excellent guys to me.

Single-Car Transporter
I know this thread is old, but my 2¢: I just looked into shipping for a 986 that was about the same distance away. I was going to hire a transport service that offered a single-car hauler as an option. My cost would have been $300-$400. For a longer haul, I would expect this method to be pretty expensive, but under a couple hundred miles it's same-day service.
Personally, I really didn't like the idea of the big semi tractor/trailers that haul a bunch of cars on the trailer. They may unload and reload your car at several stops, and they tend to have slower delivery times. They are $100 or so cheaper, but I'd rather not take the extra risk.
Enjoy the 914!
