Man no kidding! I came really close to buying one for $93k this last October with 11k miles. There are so many on the market right now. Prices seem to be in the $80's for the most part right now.
I ended up with a 991.1 GTS instead for the same price as the GT4. GTS prices seem to be holding steady if not climbing slightly.
