I did. Got a payment receipt on June 7th when I ordered it, but no news since then.

We ordered on the same date. I emailed and dropped message with a phone calll. Hoping admin can get back to us.

I sent an email to them to at the email address in the payment receipt email.

@ Forum Moderators - If any of you see this thread, could someone please let us know how to get in touch with whoever is in charge of the hat sales?

Finally, got an email from the admin, I'm going to ask for a refund.

its 6~8 weeks out for actual delivery

Admin came back and told me the hat will be ready first week of July.

hope that date of delivery stick!

The hat seems to be good quality and delivery was in a box that stay in shape and without any damage.

Sorry for the delay, but the first order was so large that we had to wait for additional inventory from the manufacturer.

All orders from May 3rd until June 17th have been mailed as of last week, aside from six users with S/M sizes. But we have another shipment coming in with the smaller sizes soon.

Any recent orders will be fulfilled this week and there will be less of a wait. Our apologies for the delays on this initial group.

@IB Nolan - I didn’t realize you were a forum member, thank you for the help with following up on the orders! Mine arrived, but I will only get it next week because I’m traveling. Looking forward to it.
