After posting my ongoing experience with a disreputable dealership and the ensuing lack of action by Porsche of North America, many of you reached out to me publicly (and privately) with similar stories. As a new member of the Porsche Community, this was extremely disheartening, so I thought I would reach out and see if anyone else had experienced something similar.

You would think that Porsche of North America would be the organization that supported the customers, but to date my experience with them reminds me a lot of how the Human Resources department at a large company works... i.e. they're there to protect The Company, not the people that work there.
