Can you register and drive a +MY2015 Euro Spec Porsche in the US? Does it have to be new or can be used?

I think not, new or used. Cars 25 years old are easier, but still have challenges.

Non-residents can bring a car in for one year.

I think you can under show and display but it can't be driven more than like 2500 miles a year IIRC.

If Show and Display were to be applicable, the exact make/model already has to be approved, or one would have to apply for approval, which I understand isn't the easiest thing to do. Show and Display won't let just any car in as long as it's driven fewer than 2500 miles a year.
