CPO tire condition (dry/cracking)

Just picked up a 2015 Cayenne Diesel CPO(loaner). Of course all sales are final, no implied warranty, etc... But, just wondering if Porsche has any CPO standards for the condition of the tires beyond the tread depth? Since it's a Diesel I assume it was sitting while they sorted the emissions stuff and the tires took a beating from the SoCal sun. I know I know, shame on me for not inspecting the tires more closely before signing the paperwork. Anyways, do I have any "right" to bring it up to the dealer? Or just take my lumps and move on?
Thanks

At best, bring it up to the dealership, and try for coverage on the CPO. At worst, make a waranty claim with the tire manufacturer (pro-rated).
