Price seems very fair to me. 996TT with under 50,000 miles? Most of those upgrades are period correct and OEM Exclusive accurately reproduced. There are times I want to do an even trade with someone for a 996TT with my 930. The more comfortable driver, AWD, HVAC etc speaks to me every year get I older.
If the powerkit was all OEM parts and done to an exacting standard thats a real nice addition. Wont command same premium as a factory powerkit but should still sweeten the pot on this car. If its indeed better than mint -- which means you can eat dinner off the interior of the wheel wells, someone should buy this year and save the owner the Fleabay baggage/hassle.

RWB it!
I would myself but I'm sky...$139k for your car + $30k for RWB +the note I have on my 997.2... haha
GLWTS its a beautiful ride and I know the right owner will present themselves. However a proper consignment shop will get you the most reach. Better than a forum with a lot of keyboard jockeys...such as myself
Cheers
