Thumbs up Porsche Design-Le Mans vicotry limited edition timepiece-$1850

With only a few hundred made and not seeing them come back up for sale setting a price is difficult. Watching ebay auctions since I bought it most seem to be in the 3400 - 4200 range
I don't wear it and think selling it to pay for an exhaust system for my 997tt is a win win. With the 50th anniversary coming up this should double in value in the next 3 years.
Porsche Design P'6612 Dashboard Le Mans 1970 Limited Edition. Purchased new from Porsche Design and worn less than a dozen times. Mechanically flawless, near perfect physical condition with the slightest of wear to the leather band but does not require reconditioning . Comes with original packaging, certificate of authenticity, owners manual, and a brochure detailing the historic win at Le Mans this watch commemorates. personally signed by the Porsche pilots who won the event.. Mine is registered number 530 of the 917 examples built.
If purchased and anything has been misrepresented I will gladly issue a full refund and pay for return shipping. Feel free to PM any questions

It may just be the photos, but it appears there might be some damage to the top of the titanium case. Can you clarify? Apologies if that is not in fact correct.

I noticed that after I posted as well. Not sure why it looks like that. I want to properly describe its condition: It was worn a couple times a month for about a year and has signs of wear as one would expect. I have added a few more images but will need to take them in the sunlight. I would say this is cosmetically a 9.3 out of 10. No actual damage but it would be worth the $50 to have it professionally polished. The only blemish I notice is a hairline surface mark just between the 12 and the 1 toward the top of the case. I could repair it myself with a light polishing compound as I have done with other watches but the leather band is impossible to replace and I don't want to risk using a chemical that could interact with the material or coloring. Better left to professionals. Id be ok letting someone get a quote for a polish and reducing that from the price. Honor system if you don't feel it needs it and i don't believe many would they can send the balance. I could also have it taken care of myself before I leave on holiday soon.
I treat watches like my cars. I love looking at them but they were designed to be used and used often. I never skip a maintenance or repair but i know my Turbo front spoiler will nick another speed bump a week from now so while it annoys me I live with it. Unless ignoring could lead to further damage that is- if the glass was scratched it would be in a shop within the hour.
Can see just the slightest blemish above the 1 at the cases edge

only seen from one angle

same angle and same light as the first picture so you can compare the extent which i would say is minimal

Thanks for the info, the other photos show the watch is in great shape. Didn't mean to question your description, was genuinely curious. Wonderful timepiece. Cheers.
