This has been my daily driver for the past 3-1/2 years and has never let me down. Excellent overall condition, 203,XXX miles. I'm the 3rd owner - previous 2 owners were PCA/Rennlist members. Extensive records show the car was very well maintained. No accidents, clean CarFax. No known rust. Car is 99% stock.

Rare combination stone grey metallic with beige interior (most have black interior). I had the seats professionally re-furbished last year and replaced the center leather portion with perforated suede - truly looks fabulous, and more like true sport seats that are not slippery (not to mention warmer in the winter than leather). I've installed a Momo steering wheel, but i also have the original leather wheel that is in perfect condition. Previous owner installed the factory option sport suspension adjustable Konis, and Design 1 Racing Short Shifter.

From 10 ft. the body and paint look like a 9 out of 10. The clear coat is very shiny as i've applied Griots Paint Sealant every 8-10 months. Close up inspection reveals normal stone chips and minor blemishes, making it more like a 7.5 out of 10, but no dents. The interior is a stellar 9 our of 10 with a PERFECT DASH - NO CRACKS! Everything works from the sun roof to digital clock.

The engine runs great and starts right up - never had any problems with it. Transmission shifts well with no grinding synchros. The clutch is old (was told it was last replaced at around 110k miles), but works well under normal conditions. It has occasionally chattered on hot days when stuck in stop and go traffic. This has only happened a half dozen times and has not gotten any worse since i've owned the car.

Recent Service highlights include:
- A/C service including new condenser at 203k miles, 6/15
- New rear brake pads and rotors at 203k miles, 6/15
- Front rotors at 189k miles
- Continental Extreme Contact tires and alignment at 189k miles
- Steering rack and high pressure hose replaced at 189k miles (due to leak)
- new timing, balance shaft, A/C, and power steering belts at 177k miles

I am only selling because my job will be requiring me to drive way more miles and i just don't want to be putting 15k miles per year on such a nice 944. I honestly can't think of a cooler car you can own for under $5k!

Those are the refurbished seats in the photos. If you zoom in you can see that the center portions are perforated suede - great color match.

P.s. regarding the seats - when the nap of suede is brushed in different directions it changes the appearance of the color, especially in the photos. In case you were thinking they are soiled or stained, they definitely are not.
