Who makes the spacers and what size are the bolts ( I mean dia./Pitch. I see they are 100mm long)?

 

The bolts appear to be the OEM M12x1.5 but simply longer to accommodate the spacer thickness.
Are these for 996?

 

These are OEM bolts used on the front and rear of 996/997TT/GT3. They are 100mm overall length. This kit is commonly used to convert stock 330mm brakes on various 996/997 cars to 350mm. It may fit other Porsche applications.
