Slow morning here so I am passing out "free" advice. The rear off sets on the MY 2002 996 wheels is 65mm. I don't think they will fit a NB 964. Another tip...assuming they will fit, I have had 3 sets of these wheels...they bend easily. When I bought them used, at least one, sometimes 3 of the wheels had bends in them. Personally, I think its a design flaw...but admit, they do look good.

Save your Loonies, look elsewhere....I just bought O-Z Allegritta wheels from Tire Rack...$1,700 delivered on lower 48. They are lighter than the MY 2002 wheels....go up on the Tire Rack web site, plug in your car, and see if you like them, and if they will fit.
