Rod Bearings were replaced a few years ago, probably less then 10k. The bearings that came out were in great shape as well. When the head was off, the cylinders looked great and the car has great power with fresh head. I overfill oil a bit when on the track and have never had a starvation issue in any of my 44's.

 

Bump for a great car, and a shameless effort to sell my cage with it. Can be delivered with car, but not installed. Here are a couple of quick pics of the cage. First one is the cage loosely assembled with the 2 door bars and the harness bar still just laying on the ground. The second is all the pieces that come apart laying on the ground, next to the roll bar so you can picture how easy it is to get the pieces in the car and bolt them all together. I have all the bolts to assemble it, even though I didn't put them all in for the picture.'
