That green sub is the best Rolex I've ever seen, if I didn't already have a 50th anniversary

 

i had the previous model as well, and didn't know if i liked the green dial, but in person its like the blue ceramic "white gold" sub... the color changes with light and the dial is really nice, even more interesting is the dial is made from "green gold"im assuming some combination with a tiny bit of platinum to stabilize it and some copper for the green maybe? either way the piece is nice..

Nice Sub. I have an 16610-LV Anniversary but the 14060M no-date is my favorite. I can't believe stainless subs are over 8k now!

 

I was thinking the same thing myself. I've got a 16610 from 2002. It was $3800 brand new. Last time I looked at the newest ones, they were around $6500. Probably up to $7000 at this point. It's a bit much for a no frills watch.

yeah i like the COSC 14060M, even they still go for mid 4's now..

prices go up, its just a fact of life... hell when i first started collecting Audemars in 2006, a ROO was 13,7 and now its 27k for a basic ROO.... or even better example is people paid like 8k or less for their "end of days" arnold ROO, and they were trading above 40 recently.
