Default FS: Black 996 hardback Sports Seats $1500

these are semi power ( electric tilt , manual slider ) Non-heated.
Black with silver? deviated stitching.

Pass seat was not installed on my car when purchased, should be in excellent condition, Driver seat also in great shape but with some seat time.

No rips, tears, or creases on either seat.
I'll try to get some pics up.
As far as shipping, I have the Uhaul Medium wardrobe boxes which fit perfect and shipping via Greyhound express should run about $67 per seat.

I can sell for $1600 shipped.

let me know, thanks, Ed.

I always wonder which seats are interchangable between Porsches. I have a 930 that I would love to fit with some new seats since the original sport driver seat needs to be re upholstered and can't find anyone recommended to do the job. I have a set of GT3RS seats from my 2007 that are stored and I don't want to use in my 930 in case I sell the RS. But if I'm correct the older cars only fit seats up to the 993, maybe even the 964 ?

sounds correct. 996 and up seats bolt in to 997 and vice versa, but the electrical wiring/connections are different. I don't have first hand experience, but it seems the 996 sport seats need modification to the sliders to bolt in properly to 993's, so I would figure the same on older models.

They do require very little do it yourself modification. There is a great diy on the 993 forum. I put 997 gt3 rs seats in my 993. Total time 2 hours.

BUT.....this only works with manual slider seats.

So all seats that fit in 993 fit in 964 and carrera ?. I rather keep my RS seats pristine and buy a set of used 996 or 997 sport seats. Already modified of course would be perfect :-)

I believe so, but check in the 964 forum. All you need is simple $29 grinder from loews or home depot. Grind off some tabs and hook up 2 wires.

The hardest part is getting your old seats out. Those cheap Bolts strip to easy.
