I bought this when I got my 997 but didn't realize this is for outdoor (and is waterproof) so I got an indoor soft cover. This is for 997s with no rear spoiler and I'm sure it fits 996s as well but not 100% sure. This has only been used four times and only inside the garage. Comes with the case and the only issue is the suction cup came off of the fabric tab. I'm sure someone can sew it back in but since this is an issue it is priced to move. It is on ebay so I can remove this sales add at anytime if it sells there. Thanks!
