Default Hoosier Grand Am Tires Mostly used a couple new

Hi,

I have a bunch of grand am tires that I am looking to sell.

I have 4 used 245 17 tires and 4 used 275 17 tires and two new 245 17 tires.

These are great fitment for a 996, or plenty other cars for some track work.

The used ones only have two or three heat cycles on them and have a lot of tread left. The new ones still have stickers.

I am looking for $75 each for the used and $125 each for the new. All plus shipping.

Thanks

Ed

Hi Ed, I would be in for (2) 245's and (2) 275's-What are the manufacture dates?

Hi,

Does anyone have any info on how to read the grand am date codes. Not the same as what I am used to seeing on the regular DOT's. (if what I am looking at is the date code)

Thanks

Ed

Did Hoosier discontinue that tire? I don't see it in their current line up on their website.

Hoosier does not sell the grand am tires (koni tires) to the general public. Only to the teams racing in the series.

Thanks

Sorry for the dumb questions Ed, are they similar compound to R-6 ? I'm looking for DE tires.

Thanks

Yes, they are most like the R6's. Some say the stick a little better and some say they last a little longer. I can not tell the difference between these and the R6's myself.

Thanks

Gregg,

you want to go slower? or are you just buying these to blame the tires?
