Default Ceramic Thermal Coated Heat Exchangers 3.0 3.2 $200

SOLD
LOWER PRICE $200 shipped in CUSA. Like paying for the coating only and parts and shipping free.

Part number 930.211.025.02 includes both heat exchangers, crossover pipe, two clamps and two elbows.

I believe these are thick flange models, but look at part number and photo to ensure they will fit your application.

In beautiful shape, gorgeous, about as nice as these parts get. I bought and restored these to put on my factory mint 62k mile SC but decided I would keep the OEM units that are on the car now in an effort to go for preservation class type events.

All pieces were in solid shape but I then had them sandblasted and thermal coated here - http://appliedplastic.com/ceramicexhaust/

The color is a matte grey.

Pm me for my paypal address.

There are many threads on Pelican about thermal/ceramic coating, but most agree it is beneficial.

From the applied plastic website, "This family of heat cured ceramic reinforced coating (available in several colors) are some of the most effective thermal barrier coatings available, increasing performance, while extending component life. The insulating fillers used in this coating keeps heat inside the header and out of the engine compartment where lower temperatures permit more dense fuel / air charges to reach combustion chambers. Unlike header wraps, these coatings do not hold potentially damaging heat around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are actually reduced, extending the life of the part.
Rated for temperatures from 1200 to 1800 DEG. F. depending on color.
Thermal barrier properties for reduced under hood temperatures.
Increased gas velocities for horsepower gains averaging 2%."
