73 RS Clone
1973 RS clone for sale $21,500
Fresh 2.7L built right with shuffle pinned case and align bored by German Precision. Heads and dyno tuning by Jones Autowerks. Twin plug heads (single ignition now), tall venturis, ARP's, SC oil pump, Carrera tensioners, oil bypass mod, etc. This is a mild, not wild motor running on 91 octane. Very tractable with a flat torque curve. Suspension setup by Alarcon with SC spring plates, Bilsteins F and R, etc. Early 915 gearbox with 7.31 r/p, fresh clutch and throwout bearing, Seine systems shifter. Car weighs 2050# with rear interior still in. Lexan rear window, headlight covers, window/windshield retainers F and R. Two Kirkey seats (one is removed), driver side seat brace, Autopower roll cage, hot lap timer, AMB transponder and more. Street legal with TX antique plates. Car is very nicely balanced, easy to drive, and runs 2:00 laps at TWS on green, full depth RA1's. Interior in fair condition, this car started as a T with a decent respray.
