Do you know him? Can you get in touch with him and tell him he has had my money for 10 days and I dont have the tracking number he said I was going to get the day he shipped my cars.
I feel stupid now I dont know this guy from Adam and with all his posts over 1500 I expected he would be a stand up guy. Either way this guy has really blown up this deal.
Not even one message in 10 days. What are the odds my money is gone! 90%???

Welcome to the club, here is what he said to me, on 10/01/08
Two problems I was waiting for checks to clear which they have. for the last 6 days I have been sick with the flu. I was hoping to get them out over the weekend but I did not. It will go out this week though.
You will get a tracking number as soon as they go out.

That's fine but he has alot of our money, I did what I said I would do and he hasn't, he wont even keep us in the loop. I sent him a money order that I had to pay for but he says he is waiting on checks to clear WHAT'S UP, I now know why he didn't want to use pay pal because with pay pal there is some accountability. Sorry for the rant but this hole transaction is bad.

If this guy is sick he could still contact us. Even if it was to tell us he needs an extension.
AGAIN I SAY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO REACH HE NEEDS TO CONTACT US.
I sent him postal money orders so nothing needed to clear from me.
I am waiting 48 hours and I am calling the Denver police. His telephone number is out of service using an internet lookup with the address I sent payment to.
This is so unfair I would never expect this from my any of my Porsche brothers. I will file a police report though. Internet crime is not what it used to be. Police now have a protocol to use to follow up on this stuff.
As each day passes I am getting shorter on patience.

WOW I have been a Rennlist member for 6 year and this is the respect I get? I have replied to everyones email with my status last week. I have not had the flu this bad in years. I apologize for getting sick and not getting this stuff out right away or this past weekend like I promised. I am single and I got worse than better. It is what it is. Today was my first day back in the office, I should still be in bed. But I was out the entire week last week and part of the week prior.
MassGuy I was very patient with you and your need to move around funds before you paid that I can't believe you would threaten to call the police. I tell you what if this is your demeanor than I am more than happy to send you a refund. There is a line of people wanting the cars. Everyone will get their items. I basically gave these things away it is such a shame that I can not get the benefit of the doubt. Especially when I have had great communication with everyone.

BUT - can everyone take a BIG DEEP BREATH??
I can vouch - and will vouch for BOTH MassGuy and SANDOVAL. I think - in reading this thread, that "communication is king"...
Anyway - if either of you - or anyone who has purchased from the Member to Member area has a concern - let me know, OK?? In the meantime??
