** Price Reduced - FS or Trade: 95 993 Silver Manual
All,
I am selling my '95 993 Silver Coupe.
Email: rkarlton19@yahoo.com
Miles: 94,XXX
Price: $29,000 (no tire kickers)
**Will consider trade for an '85-'89 911 Coupe (will consider black, white, guards red and silver in that order - no frankensteins, no accidents please)
PPIs/Leakdowns welcome at buyers cost, I am in the Arlington, VA area (DC Metro)
I am the third owner. Full service records (The Purchasing owner documented the service record in the manual. I have the full documents from second owner as well as since I have owned the car).
VIN #: WP0AA2998SS321791
Originally a Texas car, spent 2 years in Colorado (stored in the winter in temperature controlled warehouse).
Leakdown results in January came back excellent at 4% consistent
The upgrades made to the car are as follows:
-GIAC Performance Chip- Adds approx 8-12hp
-Fabspeed Air Intake w/ K&N air filter- Adds approx 6-8hp and sounds great when it revs
-FVD Short Shift Kit
-Front Strut Sway Bar- Adds stability to front end and reduces body roll in turns
-Infinity Reference speakers w/ Alpine cd
-The wheels are HighLine Wheels, 18" (previous owner sold the old smaller cup wheels)
-18” wheel bracket installed (necessity for early ‘95s)
-Major service @ 93K included:
-New brake rotors/pads – brakes flushed
-New front control arms (L&R)
-New rear A-arms (L&R – ’96-’98 versions)
-New Kinematic links (L&R – ’96-’98 versions)
-New Camber links (L&R – ’96-’98 versions)
**Car still sits at stock ride height
-New CV Boots
-Alignment/Toe Setting
-New oil sender unit
-New DME relay
-New horn bracket
-Major Service @ 84K included:
-Clutch and flywheel- Replaced w/ standard OEM equipment
-Spark plug wires w/ plugs- Full set top and bottom (12) replaced w/ OEM Bosch plugs and stock wires
-Wire Harness replaced w/ standard OEM equipment
-Valve Cover Gaskets replaced- Common leak occurs with valve cover gaskets on 993 model. Replaced w/ standard OEM equipment
Things to Note:
-There is a section of floor carpeting missing underneath the driver's side floor mat, you can't see it w/ the floor mat in, but it looks like one of the previous owners had a bad coffee spill or something - never bothered me
-The driver's side door stop clicks (a common problem) and was addressed by one of the previous owners, but not well.
-There is a small crack (3") in the passenger side front bumper, (not really noticeable), but an "S" front bumper that I never got around to putting on will throw in w/ the car
For those of you researching 993's, the '95 years, unlike the '96-'98 years, don't have the "check engine" light common problem. The '95's do not have the updated rear suspension that was changed for the '96-'98 cars, but this car has had those components upgraded.

Rick - Please PM me your contact info (phone # and address if you'd like). I am local (Fairfax) and I wouldn't mind coming by to take a look this coming Saturday. If that doesn't work, I can make it Thurs/Fri evening (I work in Tyson's).
I am looking for a nice 993 or 964 to compliment my 997S.
Thanks,
Chris
