Call me crazy but I dont think this is crazy money for a car in this condition. You could easily spend $5,000 alone on a $12,000 car to make that interior look that good. Reupholster seats, new dash, new map pockets, new steering wheel, on and on.

The difference between top 10% and top 3% of all survivors is a cost that is always exponential.

 

I sold an 86 944 Turbo with 32,000 miles in the fall for $18,000. It was in immaculate condition with new belts, water pump, and tires, so you're definitely in the ball park. Good luck with the sale
