Default FS: 1986 944 Turbo Modded

I'm putting out a feeler on my Porsche, I don't really want to sell it, but I should. I'm heading to college in January and I won't be able to give it the love and attention it needs. It's a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo. The color is Riviera Blue.

There are about 90,000 miles on the body and 6,000 on the motor (rebuilt, ARP Head Studs)

Mods:
Millie Miglia Cup II Wheels (17x7, 17x9)
Koni Sport Yellow shocks
Paragon Racing Adjustable height coilovers
Hypercoil Springs
Autothority Stage II Motronic Chips
Autothority Mass Air Flow Intake
KKK 26-8 Turbo
Lindsey Racing Boost Controller
Lindsey Racing Dual Port Wastegate
Lindsey Racing BOV
O.E. 993TT Fuel Pump
55lb Lindsey Racing Fuel Injectors
Lindsey Racing AFPR
Turbo Cup Clutch (Brand new, about 40 miles on it)
72mm Fabspeed Exhaust, Turbo back, no cat (will not pass emissions!)
Lindsey Racing Polished intercooler pipes
Transmission oil cooler
Fake Recaro seats

The Good:
No rust
Power windows, locks and sunroof work!
All gauges work
Runs, starts, drives.
Very fast car
Timing belts just inspected
New tires, new clutch, good brakes.
Air Conditioning updated to r134a, just needs a charge.
Comes with cover and Autometer boost gauge.

The Bad:
Power mirrors don't work
2 Small oil leaks (don't bother me enough to have them fixed)
Cracked Header (this is the main problem with the car, its cracked up by the flanges and could be welded or replaced.)
Vaccum leak (from dry cracked hoses) leading to high idle.
Paint is not great, a few small dents from falling off a jack, few dents by sunroof (fixed, but they are there)

I don't have a price in mind, make me an offer. I've been offered $7,000-$8,000 since I put it up for sale. A new header would cost about $1200. If you know how to weld, you can fix it for free. Ask me anything you like. I've outlined the trouble spots on the car. This is really for someone with some mechanical inclination. Not a disaster, but needs one or two fixes. It was recently seen by a local Porsche shop, the suspension was all in order and they checked the timing belts as well. I'm in the Rochester area and the car is availible to be seen.
