Carrera S II 19" OEM Wheels
Hi everyone, rookie to rennlist and one of my first posts. Selling a set of Carrera S II wheels with tires in excellent condition. Rear wheels are near perfect. Front have some scuffs on the face from laying "face down." No curb rash on any of the edges. Pirelli P-Zero's have at least 80% remaining. Asking $2,000.
I'll answer the common "why are you selling?" question up front: I recently acquired an '07 Cayman from another rennlist member, and went to work personalizing it right away. Did I mention I'm new? Found a great deal on ebay for this set of wheels, only to find out the beefy rear wheels won't fit on my baby 911, aka Cayman. Lesson learned, and hoping someone else can enjoy these. Thanks for looking.

If you want to make them work, you'll need 25mm spacers (and longer bolts to go with them) for the rears. Something to consider.

I have never researched 19s on a 996.2 NB but it looks like they would work for me. I happened to just buy a set of 18 Carrera 2 wheels (same as the other post you were in) so I've got to tread lightly with the SO over another $2K purchase. On the positive side I am also in SC and can meet if something worked out. If you get a good offer take it but if they are still around in a month or two we can probably make a deal. What's on your Cayman now?

You know, 11" is a bit too much wheel for Caymans, but it can fit. I had 11" wheels with 305 wide tires on my Cayman when I purchased it! I've since tried different setups and I think 10" is ideal for the 987 platform.
