Kit is sold!!!
For sale is my "tried, tested and proven" customised supercharger kit for a 993.
This is the TPC kit with following upgrades:
- 600cc Bosch EV14 injectors
- 996 throttle valve + custom intake pipe
- 0.65bar pulley
- GT2RS intecoolers, custom made to fit under the 993 GT2 tail with custom support brackets etc.
- Larger intake filter with custom intake piping
- MAP/IAT sensor on manifold inlet pipe
- plug'n'play fully programmable ECU with base mapping installed.
On the mechanical side, it is a true bolt on kit for a 993 (and for 964 too, I think).
For the electrical part there is very little work in the engine bay. And the ECU mapping must be done on a dyno for the fuel grade that will be used.
$8000 will take it ($7000 without the ECU). Kit is in Finland, shipping overseas is no problem. PM for more info!

It may fit under a 3.8RS wing but IMHO would certainly be better fed with air via Gt2 wing (Juha can comment).
If Juha can send me the dimensions I can measure fit re. a 3.8RS wing

I honestly don't think it will fit under anything else than the GT2 wing. The problem is the width.
Then again, if you want a street only version, then you would be ok with just one GT2RS core (I have two now). It would require some modifications to either this intercooler, or you could purchase a new GT2RS core (about 500eur) and just need to fab the piping and the brackets.
Then you could fit it under any taller tailbase.
Even at track, only one the part of the cooler that is closer to the supercharger gets hot, but when you run you hand accross the cooler, the other part next to the intake is cool to the touch.

The intercooler will not fit under the 3.8RS wing. I had one and had to swap it with a GT2 wing to make the intercooler fit. Infact the intercooler is made to fit the GT2 wing. You can find a lot of photos about fitting the intercooler in my project folder: http://m3supercar.1g.fi/kuvat/993/Winter+2012/
