What head were you plannig on running with these? And how much compression was that suppose to give you?

968 head = 46cc estimate, higher compression
951 head = 56cc estimate ,lower compression

EDIT: I did a search on that part number. Here is what pulled up.

BORE - 104.5 mm
STROKE - 88.0 mm
COMPRESSION - 8.0:1
USE - 2 Valve Head/3.0 Block

SO. these are for the 951 head that will give 8:1 Compression.

So what would that be on the 968 head? Over 9:1?

Unless one plans to machine the dish on these pistons, they would not be optimal to use with a 16 valve head. Look at the dish, its made for 2 valve head.

My 2.7 had about 59cc volume, and the compression ratio worked out to just over 8.5:1 with these pistons. It's never been clear to me what head they had in mind when they decided these were 8:1 pistons.
