Cars Coffee: Massachusetts South Shore

Cars Coffee: Massachusetts South Shore
Greetings I'm a 991s owner living on Massachusetts South Shore specifically Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Duxbury area.
Wanted to see if I could generate interest in a weekend cars and coffee event. It would be nice to meet other nearby Porsche owners as Spring approaches.
We could pick a location/weekend day/time that is convenient for all.
If you have an interest in this, respond to the thread to develop the conversation.

We've also had a successful Cars&Coffee for Porsche and other vehicles in Taunton Ma. for a few years now. Funny your event scheduled for April 11th at Starbucks in Cohasset is directly across the street from my place of employment. I'm the bakery manager at the Shaws supermarket there. Also a longtime Porsche owner and enthusiast.

Hi 951
Thanks for replying to the thread!
I've periodically seen your gray 911 in the Cohasset Shaws/Walgreens parking lot.
I'm a new Rennlister. I was not aware of the other South Shore Cars and Coffee events and will be happy to attend them where possible.
I'm looking forward to meeting other Porsche owners as the weather improves and we clean up our wonderful cars and get out on the road.
Hope to see you on Saturday.

Sorry guys I can not attend. I just took out the torque tube for a new one and a new turbo cup clutch. Going to be a week or so before I'm ready to roll.
Hopefully I'll attend the next one.
Have fun!

Always thought there should be a south shore c&c. Coffee shop by Hingham harbor also a potential spot. 2009 Meteor grey 997.1 turbo cab here. Just took it out of storage last weekend. Not sure I can make Saturday but interested in future ones as well.
Thx

Ice9ine, Great to see you pulling a C&C together! Your enthusiasm and zeal for these cars is palpable.
I live up in Westwood, and will try to make it down there on Saturday - kids' schedules permitting. You should know that PCA's local NER Chapter does have a "SoBo" (South of Boston) group meeting the following Saturday, April 19, down at The Moose Cafe in Tiverton, RI. I'm heading for Hershey PA that weekend, but it's a great way to meet some of the local enthusiasts.

Better still, come to the Autocross at Fort Devens the following Saturday, April 26. No better place to get to know your new 991. I'm already registered and anxiously awaiting. http://www.porschenet.com/events/ner-autocross-school/
Hope to see all of you soon. Cheers!

I saw the SOBO meetup in Tiverton, RI the following week. I am going to try to attend that one too.
