Speed limiters off 2024 models?
I am aware that we do not have these new EU speed warning sensors on NA spec cars, unlike the 2024 EuroSpec cars. Questions is: Are the 2024 NA spec cars street legal for European roads when you take factory delivery?....

They are street legal with the European Delivery paperwork that Porsche provides for the duration of your trip. They are not street legal without that though. So you cannot leave the car in Europe (would also not be cost effective).
