Euro Delivery limited to 6000km or you have to pay your VAT

Once again, nothing changed with the 6k km limit. The only thing which changed was dropping from 6 months, which Porsche historically offered as the longest term insurance, to 3 months. The duration coincided with the requirement to export (per their contract but hard to verify.) I assume they leave some wiggle room in both distance and time to avoid their customers getting a nasty surprise. It also has to cover port delays, since the car hasn't officially been exported until it is on the water. This is when PCNA is notified and ED customers get an email saying it's officially been exported. It is also the time when they inform dealers that it is safe to refund the VAT deposit.
"If a VAT deposit was made, it can now be refunded. Please contact your sales associate to begin that process."
They take this whole process very seriously, I wouldn't test it but also would be surprised if you get dinged going slightly over in either metric.
