Schedule of events for ED in Stuttgart / Zuffenhausen

That’s a bummer. Ive been monitoring the vaccine roll out there and at their current pace (ramping up weekly) they should hit herd immunity by mid July, which is when Porsche will make a decision re ED for rest of the year. So I’m hopeful we will be good for our October ED. If not, oo well.

Well, another issue is parts shortage. They are shifting delivery dates likely due to supplier issues already. My allocation (992 Turbo S) shifted from mid-September to early October, which is already too risky for track days, but worse if it shifts again and I'll have to re-book everything. It may be different for different models, but for 911 even some summer allocations get moved to fall, depending on options.

My coordinator said do Leipzig first, as it was a better deal as I’d still get a discounted Zuffenhausen trip at the end. I like doing the track first.
My German friends are telling me that they fully expect to be full swing by September. I’m flying myself over most likely, so I am not worried about bumping my schedule around.

I have a possible date of Oct 5 in Zuffenhausen but I have been wondering if Leipzig is the better choice. What do some of you fellows that may have picked up cars from both think about the pros and cons of the different pickup locations? I know that in Leipzig you get to drive on their track -- but the factory there doesn't build the sports cars and the museum is not there either. I suppose you can always drive to the museum in any case.
I have no feel for whether one city is more interesting as compared to the other as well --
