Top of the day Boxter friends, I am in need of some help. My mother just bought a 1999 Porsche Boxer with a man transmission. About 20 miles after she bought it the car had a clank noise and the car wouldn't drive any further? The clutch has pressure, and will go into gear but the vehicle will not accelerate? We are having the vehicle towed home today. Is there any know issues in mind.
Vehicle isn't smoking, no check engine lights, the rear fin light is on, and only know issue is the soft top motor is out. I've been reading on the form and don't really know where to start. I will check the CV axels and clutch cable when the vehicle lands.
