Hello Everyone,

Longtime lurker on the rennlist. Myself and a buddy of mine saw on a website about a 944 and Audi Graveyard up in the Kingston NY area. We got the location and visited the location a few weekends ago and the cars are no longer there.

We contacted the gent who runs the site and he google earth'd it and said the cars were in the same location as a blue steel building that we saw while searching. That blue steel building had a lot of old VW vans and Audis out behind it.

Has anyone heard of this graveyard? How those cars got there? What happened to them? and who owns that Blue Building.

I unfortunately cannot help, but I would also like this information. I would love to know of a 944 graveyard in this area!

I was doing some research on who owns the property and the name John Smith comes up. There is a John Smith associated with Shokan Coachworks (which deals in Audi parts) which isn't too far down road. Add that to the fact the blue building had a bunch of VW and Audi's, I don't think it's a coincidence.

I emailed George at 944ecology about this as well. George was kind enough to email me back and said he had never heard of this. I sent him the link to the site we found it on, he said if he found anything out he'd let me know.

this kind of looks shady, they were all probably stolen and stripped years ago, you should write down some vins and find out
