Chili Cook-off, NW Florida region
Got this from our local club president the other day, and thought some might be interested:
"Hi Folks,
For January 2010 we are kicking off the new year with a Chili Cook-off at the home of Monty and Linda Willis. Cook up your best chili recipe and bring a pot of your chili to be tasted and judged by our panel of experts. Awards will be given out for the hottest, most interesting and overall favorite.
The cook-off will be on Saturday, January 16th at 2pm at 11516 Dueling Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL. The hot tub will be open for the venturous. Byob for alcohol. Send me an email and let me know if you are going to attend. Hope to see you there!

I know I'm going to cook up some butt-kickin' three or four-alarm chili for this event. I make the BEST chili in the world. Okay, that's according to my husband and I, but if you come to this event you'll get to find out for yourself.
