If any of you guys are interested I'm having another meet tomorrow night. We had a small run last Sunday there were only about 15 cars but there were 2 turbos and a Carrera GT so it was allot of fun. The guy with the CGT will be at my meet tomorrow as well he's a friend of mine. WE also have a photographer coming who will shooting all of the cars.

Hey fastlane, do you guys have anything planned for this weekend? Do you guys get any earlier cars showing up? I see all these great cars listed for your drives but I'm afraid my 1969 2.0 lt. will never keep up with you guys. Would live to join you for a drive one of these days though.

We get all types of cars and we change the events all the time. We never do the same meet back to back. Tomorrow is just a meet and no drive. This will be a standing Thursday night meet at Riverside square mall in Hackensack nj. We will be on top level of the parking deck that is next to Saks 5th Ave. every Thursday night at 8 pm. That would be a good meet for you to come to, there are going to be a bunch of guys tomorrow. The meet after that is on May 9th and we have rented out a room at Stilettos on Paterson plank rd. That one should be fun!!

how long are the thursday night meets usually? i dont leave work untill 8PM tonight. Wouldnt be able to get there untill 9ish.

I'm from Westchester County just 20 miles north of NYC. Is there anyone in the area that meets regularly for drives?

I've been a few times out driving up the Palisades Parkway North and then go back on the Seven Lakes drive through Harriman State Park. This is one of the most beautiful drives I've found so far, and there are plenty of places to stop and rest. If there is interest, I would organize a meet & drive sometime in mid November.

A bit off topic, but I'm on LI too.

I really need an independent mechanic who really knows what they're doing on early 911's. I'd prefer someone who can come to my home and work in my garage, but this is not the deciding factor.

Any pointers?
