Default Shop Recommendations in the Tampa, FL area?

Hi there - new to the forum, and looking at getting into my first Porsche. There is one car in the Tampa / St. Pete area that I'm interested in, and was wondering if you had any recommendations on which shop can do an honest / thorough PPI. I did a basic google search and came up with David White Racing in Tampa. Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Dave White would be fine for a PPI, I used to use them for major repairs on my Bimmer and they serviced my 911 before it was mine. Now I use Rennen which is run by one of Dave White's former techs. Rennen's number is 813/876-0606. Both Dave White and Rennen are in Tampa, if the car is in St. Pete / Clearwater, other side of the bay from Tampa, then you might want to find a shop over there. Let me know if you need a shop over there.

Also try GERMANTECH in Largo. Joe Vatter is great, honest and REALLY knows his $hit. 800-200-1231.

Thanks, John - it's much appreciated. The person I spoke to at Dave White seemed nice and informative as well.

And thanks to Theo - as you can tell, I'm still trying to figure out the formatting of this thread.

Dave White has been around for years and they are big into racing Porsches.

FYI - Germantech that Theo mentioned is in Largo which is in Pinellas County (St Pete/Clearwater) on the other side of the bay from Tampa (Hillsborough County)
