It’s an investment fund. People own shares in unique collectibles that are acquired and held until a perceived increase in value and then sold. The “museum” is a lounge with a private area one floor above, and some coffees and non-alcoholic drinks and t-shirts for sale. There are just a few objects displayed. What you pictured from just the window is nearly everything you would see if it were open.
