Raleigh NC resources
Just moved here and I could use some suggestions.
Had the 996 convertible shipped out a few weeks ago, parked it at my house.
Got in past midnight last night, noticed condensation in the car.
Started it, opened the roof, drove to my (temporary) apartment.
Closed the top and the roof/cowl won't close the last couple of inches (top seals but cowl won't close).
Checked this morning, same problem. It opens fully but won't close fully.
I've got water behind the driver's seat, this is why there was condensation.
So... possible problem with the roof causing the water issue. but I need to get it sorted and I don't have a garage or any of my tools.

Found a local shop via the PCA guys, European Performance in Raleigh. Cleaned the drains, they flowed fine, but still have a leak somewhere so back to the shop.
I could also use a source for rebuilding a starter on an Alfa. Is there anyone good out here?
