NJ DMV Service?

NJ DMV Service?
Question for anyone in NJ. I have a registration that requires me to go in-person to the DMV to renew. Anyone know a Tag/Registration company that does this for a fee vs losing a day of my life at the NJ DMV w the crazy COVID lines!

I live in Northern Bergen County and did not want/would not go to Wallington. I took the hour drive to Newton (out by Sparta and including my drive there & back, I was done in three hours. I know its not what you asked for, but if you can't find a the service you requsted, Newton was pleasantly civilized (if it's not too far).

Double check on the DMV website etc about the need to appear in person. One of the ongoing issues is that a lot of people who don’t need to go in person are going in person- apparently DMV has pushed some services to online that previously were in person only. Good luck- glad I am not due anytime soon.

This is not what you are asking but maybe can help. I needed registration and plates for a recent purchase and went to Medford DMV. Office opened at 8, I got there around 7:45 and was number 103 in line(they hand out numbers and serve approximately 250 customers a day I was told). After waiting in line until 8:20 I was at the front where they take your cell phone number. Once they have your number you are told you'll receive a text in approx 2 hours telling you that your number is approaching. So I left, ran some errands and got that text around 2 hours later, returned to DMV and in another twenty minutes was seated inside. Out the door 10 minutes later task completed. Well organized and ran smoothly, even offered water to those waiting in line.

I went to Newton, was in and out in around 2 1/2 hours. Got there at 7:30AM. Seemed like normal DMV volumes, just you had to wait outside. People literally camped outside overnight for no reason whatsoever. Talk about media spreading fear...
