ISO: Short-term commuter rental/room rental in N.VA
All,
I figured I would post here as well.
I currently live in Maryland but potentially have a business opportunity in Chantilly, VA. It might start up pretty soon. Like within a week or two.
I am still trying to figure out my housing plans (whether to sell my house and buy in VA, or just rent in VA), but for the time being, I am searching for a short-term rental. I will only stay in VA from Sunday night to Friday morning. I don't need much either. A room is fine, too. I even have a twin bed I can bring.
Also, I own other rental properties, so I understand how property owners want their property treated.

Also, if any of you have an recommendations on where to buy a house, please let me know. I am pretty confident the plan is to move there permanently. Ideally, I would like a house with an Au Pair suite. Looking for a house up to $1.2M.
