While I don't mind buying tracks, I know some people are more sensitive to it so keep that in mind. I know we did Road America last year or so. Road Atlanta works for me as well. Otherwise Okayama is free and probably some others?

Ya I'm kinda bummed, I really like running there and was looking forward to it. The slight points hit sucks too... but oh well. I'll think of it as if I had some sort of mechanical failure and didn't make the start.

There are lots of great tracks in the service, and IMO I'd prefer to stick with North American tracks, but I'll go wherever the series goes.

NJMP has a nice flow to it, and it's cheap because it's a "tech track". We don't have VIR on the schedule. And I always liked Sonoma, none of the series I've run in the last couple seasons has run that track. I remember when I was doing the Skippy and Mazda series' back in 2008, it felt like we were there every other week.

Football schmootball. If we move the RL practice then that means I'll have to find something else to do in that timeslot on Sunday...

Well, we've had 2 requests for Road Atlanta, that's the GT3 race this week so there are setups to be had and sessions to practice in, and we will be coming back to Road Atlanta before Petit Lemans in a couple months so everyone will want to buy that track anyway.

I also love Road Atlanta. So that's settled for the race after Watkins Glen. When are we going to end the season and start the next one? I was thinking some time in the fall.

How many season do we want to do? 4 like the iracing standard?

I'm fine with whatever track, and if everyone wants to run during the super bowl still that's fine.

I think more shorter seasons is better than long ones. That way those that have a rough season don't have to deal with insurmountable points for too long. So I like the idea of 4 seasons.

That sounds reasonable, how about 13 week seasons like Bobby is suggesting. We just finished week 4 of our current season. Here's what we have now. I'm hearing requests for Road America, Mosport. I also noticed that the next Road Atlanta race falls in this season, so maybe we should avoid doing it twice with so many other great tracks to choose from.
