I looked around but can't seem to find any sim platforms where a 996 Cup is available as an option and started to see if the 997.1 was around but coming up short there too. Anyone know if either of these are available on any of the sim platforms?

I have no idea how close the 996 and 997 cups are to each other in real life.... so take this with a grain of salt... but my hunch is, the closest you'll get to a 996 cup in decent form would be the "Ruf C-Spec" in iRacing.

There might be a downloadable version of a 996 Cup for Assetto somewhere, but as a general rule I caution against downloads for misc. cars like this. The only time I've ever had a virus on my gaming machine was from sketchy AC downloads...

Thanks for the feedback, in looking at the Ruf it seems to be approximately similar power to weight as a 997 cup so that might work pretty well. I’ll see if I can get a chance to try one out sometime soon.
