Has anyone purchased a sim rig or parts from Bob Sandts company? Any issues?
I have purchased a rig over a month ago and have had very poor communication or feedback and the item has not shipped yet.
I have tried to communicate with email, texts and phone call messages. What is comfort time before cancellation and cc dispute processes.

It is a US company in Pennsylvania so I can’t see a scam issue, maybe health condition but don’t merchants usually respond to customers?

Moved on and purchased from sector X simulations. Rig should arrive by the end of the week.
