Posting a DIY article that I added to other online resources not long ago. My 2014 C4S came with "silver" PDLS headlamps, and I wanted to change-up the look a bit. I came across a used set of the "black" PDLS headlamps from a 991 GT3, purchased, and set-about documenting the process I went through to install them myself.

NOTE: After this article was originally posted, a number of forum members contacted me to tell me how easy the swap was, and no issues. However, I also heard from one member who was having an error appear in the display after making the change. I don't think that was ever resolved. What may have been the case is a difference in the controllers or similar that wasn't jiving with the cars ECU. To be on the safe side, make sure you check your VIN against the headlamp part #'s, especially if you are replacing the lamp controller and ballast units.
