After seeing the results of fuel and/or oil hoses coming lose, I figured it was time to add a fire extinguisher to my 964. As I haven't seen the mounting solution we arrived at anywhere else, I decided to make a little webpage about it, with some pictures ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I just put in a halon type... Stay away from BC type... They are corrosive and will add a lot of money to your repair costs if you need to use it. I posted pictures of mine... Mounted in front of the driver's seat... It's an easy reach. I used a Brey-Krause seat mount. It limits the forward movement but I use my seat all the way back... So it doesn't matter to me.
