Default AIM SOLO + SmartyCam HELP

Hey all, first time hooking up my AIM SOLO DL and SmartyCam and I am getting an error on the DL saying unknown device disconnect it! when the SmartyCam is hooked up. I didn't get a manual with my smartycam and there isn't much in the AIM manual...does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
Thanks for the help

Try connecting one at a time.

I would look VERY carefully at the pins on the Solo DL end and the camera end to make sure they're not bent.

I would make sure the cable is undamaged.

I would check and update firmware for each.

Not sure I've ever seen that in hundreds of similar combinations, can you take a picture? Will you be at Lime Rock?

It might be best to contact your dealer and/or Robbie at AiM Sports on the 1 (800) number for the national importer. The contact information is here: https://www.yellowpages.com/lake-els...ports-20342489

Call the 800 number and they'll help tomorrow.

Ah! That's a good thing to do, because sometimes the GP versions (bullet camera) will show errors if the battery is too low.
