Tap Wheel Speed Sensor @ ABS of 986?
Hi All,
I had a 2002 Boxster and got the Can Messages from Chris Brown a few years ago, but have changed to a 1997 Spec Boxster (w/TC) and got CAN working with my Motec system (Thanks kgorman for that post).
What I want to know is if I can tap the wheel speed sensors sending each wheel speed signal to SPD1-4 of my Motec system? I've read in previous posts that it's best to tap the ESD pins @ ABS, but the 1997 Boxster with TC doesn't have all 4 ESD pins (23, 25, 26 available) 24 is reused for ASR info.
What if I tapped the SS Pins (2,5,7,9)? Does anyone know if these are square and would show up?
