Disable the outlap (right click and disable in the laps menu). Then do the same for the in. You can also set it to do this automatically.
If you look at the lap manager tab, you'll see the laps that give you this problem are triggered by something other than the GPS Lap Time.

Just want only GPS Laps enabled.

What I also do on top of that is to disable all laps that aren't within x% of the best lap of that stint. At least you are not getting splits all over the place because of slow traffic etc. Gives a clearer view on how consistent you were.
