Bullet Error

Bullet Error
When I connect my Smartcam HD camera to the control unit it's going through a process that says "bullet checking please wait." It then comes back with an error message "bullet error try to reconnect the bullet."
Everything had been working ok. The pins in both ends of the wire seem fine. Any suggestions on what's wrong?

This means that either the LVDS cable between the recorder and the camera or the accelerometers in the bullet are not working. I'd send the cable and camera only to Roanoke and have them test it.
