Question Date/Time Hack or RS3 Configuration for MXL2?

Searched the forums and read the available documentation on the MXL2 again (been a while since I read it) and could find no info on the topic noted in the Subject: line.

Last time I started up the car, I recall seeing a big gap between date/time displayed on the MXL2 screen, and the actual time of day. Is this a configuration setting via RS3, or will the dash pick up proper date/time hack from the GPS once GPS gets it fix?

Will be in the car this weekend, so I can check it out. Just want to insure that things are in good working order for the Club Race at TWS first weekend in March. Also planning to update both firmware and hardware given the new releases that just came out.

Update the Software FIRST, then the Firmware.

In the MXL2, you need to go to Menu>Settings>Time Zone and set it. It's GMT right now, probably. It'll get the time from GPS, but you will need to set the zone you're in.

Remember the updates are done with the cloud button in RS3 now. You can update everything there and then you have the firmware update on your computer ready for when you connect to the dash.
